— My #transformationtuesday #beforeandafter It needs to be updated….but still! In the picture on the left I was eating between 300-500 calories a day (hence the bloating) I was exercising a lot but I still looked chubby. The photo on the right shows what can happen with lifting weights, a proper amount of cardio and clean eating can do! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜

Every night ๐ŸŒœI do as follows: ๐Ÿ’˜75-100 Crunchy Frogs ๐Ÿ’˜25 Oblique V-Ups (per side) ๐Ÿ’˜30 Lying Down Leg Raises ๐Ÿ’˜75-100 Feet in the air Toe Touches Removing processed foods from my diet and eating relatively clean is what helped me drop fat. ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ“๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ

— Yesterday morning ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ’•๐ŸŒž Every night I do weighed lunges, squats, and half squats. Whenever I see stairs I walk up them 2 at a time, making sure to push through my heels to give my bottom a workout. Exercise opportunities are everywhere! You just have to make the choice! ๐Ÿ˜Š

I love getting my workouts done early in the morning! 
P.S. sorry I have been MIA. Long story short.. I am without a computer until I go out and buy a new one. But I have been training hard and eating fairly clean! Woo hoo! Lol.

Legs are in the air hah. Can you tell I need to go shopping for some properly fitting clothes? =p p.s. dear thighs…. Why do you look like this only when I am sitting or flailing you in the air? Hah! Gonna go walk the puppy before she finishes attacking the raw hide and the kitchen overflows with my fantasies of eating cookies! ;)
